SKYE Bar & Restaurant in Jakarta

Omg it took 5 flights of stairs to get to the top. No one greeted us so we took an open table by the door. The waiter said there was only 2people waiting tables and the place was mobbed. There was a band playing so it was loud. All the TV's were on with March madness. We waited on hour for our food which was good. I asked for a piece of foil to wrap up my leftover wrap and was told the kitchen was too busy. Oh well. Nothing special...just good.

The food is pretty amazing. I had the oysters rocafella that was delicious. You only get 6. I also had the scallops. It came with 3 scallops and a fried cream cheese ball. The fried cream cheese ball was tasteless. The drinks leave a whole lot to be desired. The staff are very helpful and attentive.

Great place for a casual bite to eat and kick back a few beers. Have been here multiple times and always enjoy the people, food/beer, and atmosphere. Good blend of cheap and craft beers, solid cocktails, and extensive food options. Happy hours specials are a good deal, and there are tons of TVs to watch your favorite game.

Great food and raw bar! My 10 year old says it is the best mac and cheese he has ever had! Happy hour is very good and the view is even better! Our server, Jonathan, was fantastic!

Great views and good service. Party of five ordered mostly drinks and 1 app. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely go back.

The crab cake is a joke. Its 100% filler NO lumps. I've lived in Maryland my whole life and never received a crab cake so disappointing. Also who gave them the "award" for their award winning cheese steak? Lets get some credibility here. Our waiter was nice though and the wings were good.

Chill atmosphere, awesome live music, great food! Came here on a Saturday with my boyfriend for dinner and drinks. I recommend!👍👍

Got seated and forgotten about for 20 minutes. Servers passed by and didn’t notice. When we got up to leave, the two gentlemen acting as hosts weren’t present at the entrance, so we couldn’t even let them know. Nice views from many of the seats though.

Really nice place with a cool atmosphere overlooking the bay. Nice drink selection, and I've heard the good is good, too, but haven't eaten here. Friendly staff that take the time to chit chat with the patrons.

Unfortunately none of these people understand how to check an id. I was here with family and one of our friends wasn’t served after being repeat customers for having a “fake id” ... she’s 24. The manager btw, dumb and said we should leave.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. We came here for a bachelorette party. They were rude, they didn’t get our food right. The waiter ignored all of our questions and walked away from us. Terrible terrible experience. Don’t waste your time.

The gentleman that were Manning the door were a pleasure! Waiter was pleasant and attentive. Would have given 5 stars but they didn't give us forks with $80 worth of food! Food was good!

Wonderful service, even as the place started to fill up with a wedding party and got busy. Our waitress was fantastic! Definitely will be going back!

The bouncer at the entrance was very friendly, and the view is great. However, the manager was extremely unprofessional. He angrily defended one of the waiters after the waiter incorrectly told my group that he thought one of our IDs was fake. We are all in our mid-20’s and were with my mom, who is almost 60. It was a very bizarre accusation. The manager got in my mother’s face and told us to leave after she asked for an explanation of why this waiter would think the ID was fake. He did not even ask for any additional forms of ID, and seemed happy to refuse our business.

Made us stand in line for 35 minutes. Then a member of our party had to use the restroom and they wouldn’t let him use the restroom. So he went somewhere else to use the restroom and they told us we couldn’t come in because he used the restroom at another location. So we waited 35 minutes for the restaurant to tell us we couldn’t enter.

What a great place!! The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating due to coronavirus restrictions and an incoming storm. We had a party of 7 that had to split up into two different locations due to virus restrictions and availability - part of our party was inside and the others were outside. Then a storm rolled in and the inside staff, on their own, spread out tables even more inside, and remained 6' apart, to get our kids inside. We were very thankful for this because the storm was extremely violent with lightning!! The menu was extremely limited, like everywhere else, but the food was fantastic. Their buffalo and Sriracha wings are to die for, so I strongly recommend these. Great customer service and a great atmosphere! I strongly recommend this restaurant!!!

This place would rather refuse a customer than make a situation right. A shame they don’t understand simple hospitality.

After trying 2 other bars for football and baseball playoff games,Skye was suggested. Roof top bar in OC rocks.food is excellent. NATALIE was on her game.High energy ,super friendly and top notch service.we enjoyed this place and not a bad sunset to boot.give it a try it works !

Nice to sit in a cross breeze between the ocean and the bay. The drinks are good and cold. The food is much better than average!

My husband was stopped and had to back to the car for his mask yet no one inside were wearing the mask and as he went to go back to the car a couple came without masks and she said she could not wear a mask and he let them in. He was treated unfairly. Then he ordered food to bring home to me and we have always loved the scallops. There were only 3 small scallops fir $18 and it did have the fried goat cheese which makes the dish. We won t be visiting any time soon. We have been here a lot. We are in out 60’s and again my husband felt mistreated.

Was not sure if I should dine here with kids, but I knew there oysters would be good When you arrive you will need mask until seated, view from the roof top is beautiful. We also ordered the crab dip and wings as appetizer which were also 👍. We were seated out side Because inside was full. Our waiter was a male and gave great service. For dinner we ordered skye burger that was full of surprises in every bite, seafood pasta was great, kids pizza was very unique and salmon was over cooked and dry even with the sauce that tasted like water. Also the host was great and just want to tell him good luck and many blessing to his new baby! Will def be back.

Great atmosphere for drinks but wouldn’t recommend going for dinner. The bathroom doesn’t have any towels. We asked to sub fries for mashed potatoes and it wasn’t allowed. The mashed potatoes were really buttery. I asked for no sauce and you can see by the picture that they loaded it with sauce. I added tuna and it definitely wasn’t worth the money because it isn’t ahi tuna grade like the server said it would be.
